Beer and food pairing by award-winning craft beermaker Deschutes Brewery, signature dishes from some of the world's best chefs -- this is a feast you'll never forget.

There’s a reason The Deschutes Brewery Sagebrush Classic Feast is known as the Hottest Night of the Year.

The event brings together 18 top chefs from around the world who set up outdoor booths and prepare small-plate dishes for more than 1,000 guests.

Each chef’s gourmet specialty is thoughtfully paired with an award-winning craft beer from Deschutes Brewery so that each beer/food pairing perfectly complements the flavors.

In addition to the beer and food pairings on offer, guests can enjoy fine Northwest wines and bid on upscale items in a silent auction for charity while listening and dancing to live music.

Later, the headlining band draws guests onto the dance floor. Traditionally, the dancing continues long past the stunning sunset.
